We want your Soluna to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days
Rest of World:
- Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders. No minimum order required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via your order confirmation link.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (outside the US), customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@solunalight.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@solunalight.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
